She dressed us in beautiful clothes made with her own hands, shared herbrwisdom when asked, and lived a life of honor, integrity and perseverance to which we allbraspire.brbrGraveside services for Lerma Dixon, age 89, of Albuquerque will be held at 2:00 PMbrSaturday May 14 at Lawn Haven Memorial Gardens, Clovis, New Mexico with Dr. Rev.brHerbert Bergstrom officiating. brbrShe was born October 28, 1915 at Pleasant Hill. She was a resident of Clovis andbrAlbuquerque most of her life. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Clovis andbrwas employed by First Federal Savings and Loan for 20 years until her retirement.brSurvivors include two daughters and soninlaws, Mavis and Pat Lemons of Kansas and Barbara and John Dickinson of Albuquerque, two step children, Jean Hartring ofbrColorado and Dudley Dixon of Colorado, also 5 grandchildren, 3 step grandchildren, andbr5 great grandchildren, a sisterin-law Roseletha Clark and numerous nieces and nephews.brbrShe was preceded in death by her parents, Charley and Florence Clark, her brothersbrMaurice Clark and Alvis Clark, her sisters Fay Baumgartner and Marie Gattis.brHer children shall rise up and called her blessed.
