Lewis Moss

Graveside service for Lewis Pat Moss age 73 of Amarillo, Texas will be held on Tuesday, December 23, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. at the Texico Cemetery with Rev. Margot Thompson officiating. Mr. Moss passed away on Saturday, December 20, 2008 at BSA Hospice in Amarillo. He was born September 20, 1935 in Clovis to Bert and Ruby Belcher Moss. He grew up and graduated from school in Rogers, New Mexico. He worked as a rancher and farmer and moved to Ruidoso, New Mexico where he was married to Mary King in 1969. He moved to Hereford, Texas and went to work for Hereford Grain Coop were he retired in 1998. After retirement he moved to Amarillo, Texas. He was an avid coin collector and loved watching football and baseball.

He is survived by his two sisters Lois Faye Clarence Falvey of Las Vegas, New Mexico; Nida Chester Rierson of Clovis; five nieces and four nephews and several cousins. He is preceded in death by his wife, parents, and one brother Carl Moss.
