Lila Diaz

Ms. Lila R. Diaz passed away on September 13, 2022.

A public visitation will be held on Sunday, September 25, 2022 from 2-6 pm held in the Steed Todd Funeral Chapel.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, September 26, 2022 at Sacred Heart with a Recitation of the Rosary at 9:30 am and the Funeral Mass immediately following at 10:00 am.

Lila R. Diaz was born in Amarillo TX to Sandra Cordova and Juan Diaz on May 11, 1990 she went to school in Clovis NM and did receive her Highschool Diploma. She worked as a laborer and was an active member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church.

Lila is preceded in death by her grandfather Isabel E. Cordova and great grandmother Estella A. Lucero and cousin Chase Bass Cordova.

Lila R. Diaz is survived by her 2 children; Juan Daniel Diaz and Aracelli Maria Diaz, Parents; Daniel and Sandra Heredia, Sister and God Mother; Adam and Amy Rodriguez and family; Brothers; Isaiah Diaz and family, Isaac Diaz and family, Arron Heredia(Karen Chavez), Juanito D. Diaz, Grandmother; Mary Cordova and Grandparents Manuel and Maria Heredia, Uncles and Aunts; Emily (Jim) Johnson, Patsy (Ramon) Gomez, Sofia Whitney, Lawrence (Barbara) Cordova, Joseph Cordova, Dela (Jose) Garcia, Lorenza (James) Coleman, Rumaldo (Rachel) Heredia, Jesus (Sophia) Heredia, Veronica ( Randy) Chavez, David (Rosie) Heredia, Gamaliel Heredia, and God Parents Ernest (Theresa) .
Serving as pallbearers Jesus Heredia, Arron Heredia, Israel Gardea ,Joseph Cordova, Isaiah Diaz, Adam Rodriguez
Honorary Pall Bearers- Isaac Diaz, Elijah Rodriguez, Kobe Rodriguez, Jonathan Martinez, and all nieces and nephews.

Lila was such a friendly person and was loved so much, she will be missed dearly by her family and friends.
