Linda Woods-Mitchell

Linda Kay Woods, of Melrose, New Mexico, departed this earth on Friday July 8, 2016 in Lubbock, Texas.
Memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, July 12, 2016 at the Melrose Methodist Church, Melrose, NM.
She was born to Junior and Juanita Woods on June 4, 1954 in Belen, NM.
She was married to Jim Mitchell on December 22, 1995 in Farwell, TX. Together they raised eight children, daughters Rachie Gluck, Annie Doll Peacock, Alli Sue Park and Rachel Salamone, sons Adam White, Baby Harvey Park, Kevie Floyd Park and Ethan Oyer.
She is survived by her loving husband of eleven years Jim Mitchell, mother Juanita Woods, her children, Sister Susan Morril, brother Steven Woods, many beloved grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father Junior Woods; sister, Wanda Endsley, brothers Charles Woods, Harvey Woods and Nick Frklic.
She will be remembered by family and friends for always being ready at the drop of a hat when you needed her.
