Lois Carter

Lois Jo Carter, 73, a long time resident of Albuquerque, passed away after a long illness on March 22, 2007. She was born in Melrose, NM on April 16, 1933 to Jimmie and Chonita Adams and is survived by her sons, Don of El Paso, TX, Jerry and wife Terrie of Reno, NV, Bruce and wife Hazel, children Carrie, Christie James of Farmington, NM. She had 7 grand children and 6 great grand children. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, good friend and will be missed by many. Memorial Services will be held Wednesday, March 28 at the Baptist Church in Melrose, NM at 10:00 AM with Pastor Durward Wofford officiating. Interment will follow at the Melrose Cemetery in the family plot.
