Lois Hollinsworth

Lois Hollinsworth, age 84, of Clovis, New Mexico, passed away on June 5, 2012 at Plains Regional Medical Center in Clovis, New Mexico.

Lois was born on May 4, 1928 to Gideon Roy and Stella Mae Wood Hill in Walters, Oklahoma. She married Bill C. Hollinsworth on August 3, 1946 in Lawton, Oklahoma. Bill preceded Lois in death on September 28, 1993. They lived in Belen, New Mexico for 26 years where she worked at First National Bank of Belen before moving to Clovis in 1976. Loiss hobbies included doll collecting, crochet and playing cards. She worked at First National Bank in Clovis and retired from there after many years. Lois was a member of the Claud Rainy Day Extension Club and Sandia Baptist Church.

Lois is survived by one daughter: Pam David Kendall of Clovis, New Mexico one son: Terry Doris Hollinsworth of Belen, New Mexico three grandsons: Brian Kristina Kendall of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, Alan Dayna Kendall of Clovis, New Mexico and Eric Hollinsworth of Albuquerque, New Mexico one granddaughter: Elizabeth Rioux of Albuquerque, New Mexico ten great grandchildren: Audre, Sabrina, Zach, Leanna, Sarah, Kelsey, Dustin, Layla, Jazimine and Izabella one sister: Geneva C.L. Reaid of Cullman, Alabama three brothers: John Jeannie Hill of Palos Verdes, California, Joe Barbara Hill of Albuquerque, New Mexico and Jim Lynn Hill of Richmond, Texas.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband.

Graveside Services are at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 9th, 2012 at Lawn Haven Memorial Gardens in Clovis, New Mexico with Dr. Herbert Bergstrom, officiating.
