Lola Bridges

Lola Mae Bridges, 89, of Farwell, TX passed away on November 9, 2015 in Farwell, TX.

Viewing will be Thursday 12, 2015 at Steed Todd Funeral Home from 9:00 AM-5:00 PM. A graveside service will take place on Friday 13, 2015 at Mission Gardens of Memories at 1:00 PM with Rev. David Adkins officiating.

Lola was born on March 25, 1926 in Clovis, NM by Oscar Bridges and Mary Jane Rochelle. She was born and raised in Clovis, NM and lived in Blacktower community attending Grade School there. She graduated from Clovis High School in 1944, then continued her education at ENMU in Portales, NM. After schooling she moved to Clovis in 1946, she worked at Farmers Electric Coop. for 8 years, she then worked at Mason & Jacobs, CPA for 22 years. Lola was also a self-employed bookkeeper for several years.
