Luis Estrada

Luis R Estrada, age 84, of Clovis, NM, passed away November 10, 2014 at Plains Regional Medical Center.

He was born October 27, 1930 to Alejandro and Cecilia Borjas Estrada in Alaquines, Mexico.

Luis was a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe. He was an usher and took Holy Communion to those who could not attend mass. He was also a member of Knights of Columbus. Luis worked for the City of Gallup and the City of Clovis as a custodian and was able to retire from both jobs.

He is survived by one son: Albert Estrada of Clovis four daughters: Betty Lou Trevizo Oscar of Clovis, Juana Lahti Wayne of Colorado Springs, Victoria Estrada Tommy of Clovis, and Mary Lou Estrada of Clovis 18 grandchildren, 60 great grandchildren, and 16 greatgreat grandchildren.

Preceded in death by his parents, 3 brothers, wife Lucy, and grandson Victor.

Rosary will be at 6:00 pm at SteedTodd Chapel, November 13, 2014. Service will at 12:00pm at Our Lady of Guadalupe, November 14, 2014. Burial will follow at Lawn Haven.
