Mary Castillo

Mary Esther Castillo, 56, passed away on November 18, 2010 at University Medical Center in Lubbock, TX. Mary was born on October, 26, 1954 to Angel Manuel Martinez and Josie Aurora Maes. She was currently employed at Moms Caf in Clovis. She enjoyed cleaning, cooking and spending time with her children and grandchildren and she loved listening to her motown oldies.

She is survived by her mother, Josie Martinez Clovis, NMthree children, Phillip Hernandez Clovis,NM, Albert Hernandez Clovis, NM, and Josie Dolores Hernandez Grants, NM four grandchildren, Isabella Bannister, Sabrina Bannister, and Angel Bannister of Portales, NM and Desiree Snell Hernandez of Clovis, NM brothers and sisters, Frances Juan Mendoza, Dolly Martinez Manuel Chavez, Tita Fred Romero, Angel Martinez Sandra Lopez, Gabriel Debbie Martinez, and Ricky Sylvia Martinez, all from Clovis, NM.

A prayer service will be held on Monday, November 22, 2010 at 6:00 p.m., at SteedTodd Chapel, 800 E. Manana Blvd., Clovis, NM. Mass of The Resurrection will be held on Tuesday, November 23, 2010 at 10:00 a.m., Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, 117 Davis St., Clovis, NM. Burial will follow at Mission Garden of Memories. Pall bearers will be Daniel Pena, Mark Herrera, Michael Romero, Rico Baca, Gabriel Martinez, David Martinez, Angel Martinez III, and Anthony Martinez. Honorary pall bearers will be her grandchildren and all her nieces and nephews.
