Mary Fury

Mary Loretta Fury, age 96, of Grady, New Mexico passed away December 22, 2011 in Grady, New Mexico.

Mary was born on August 2, 1915 to Clyde and Theresa Forsthoffer Dean in Forrest, New Mexico. She graduated from Forrest Schools and was a resident of Grady, New Mexico most of her life. She married Mike Fury on May 21, 1934 in Clovis, New Mexico.

Mary was a member of the Wheatland Extension Club for many years and a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. She was a wonderful Mother, Grandmother, GreatGrandmother and GreatGreat Grandmother.

She is survived by two sons: Tommy Joe Barbara Fury of Clovis, New Mexico and Jerry Mike Ola Fury of Broadview, New Mexico three sisters: Florence Hendricks, Patsy Morris and Lizzie Trapp one sisterinlaw: Elsie Dean five grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, three greatgreat grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband Mike, her parents, one sister Anna Stacy, four brothers: James Dean, Raymond Dean, Leo Dean and Clyde Dean

Rosary services will be at 6:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 27, 2011 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Clovis, New Mexico. Funeral Mass will be at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, December 28, 2011 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Clovis, New Mexico with Father Carlos Chavez officiating. Casket bearers are Keden Fury, Quade Fury, Hunter Edwards, Kerry Todd, Dennis Fury and Michael Fury. Burial will follow at the Grady Cemetery.
