Mary Jaramillo

Services are scheduled at  2:00 PM, Tuesday, November 30, 2021 at Steed Todd Funeral Home Chapel for Mary Barbra Urioste-Jaramillo of Clovis, New Mexico

Mrs. Jaramillo, 60, died November 23, 2021 at Roosevelt General Hospital in Portales, New Mexico.

Pastor Farril DeFoor will officiate at the services with cremation taking place following services.

Mary was born September 28, 1961 in Lovato, N.M., the son/daughter of Anastacio Urioste and Maria (Encinias) Urioste.

On April 13, 2002 she was married to her love Alfonso Jaramillo.  He preceded her in death on February 28, 2020.  She was also preceded in death by her parents; daughter Michelle Urioste; many brother and sisters; and a granddaughter Araceli Urioste.

Barbra was a loving mother, wife, grandmother, and friend.  Caring was in her nature.  She worked as a caregiver for 20+ years and anyone who crossed paths with her learned quickly what a big genorous heart she had.  Barbra was always willing to give and help friends and family in need.  Nothing was more important to her than family.  She had a way of welcoming you into hers, and made you feel at home no matter who you were.  Her beautiful soul will be missed by Many.

She is survived by her daughter Natasha Urioste; sisters Joanne Martinez and Mary Alice Trujillo; brothers Anastacio Urioste, Leroy Urioste, and Nick Urioste; and her precious grandbabies.
