Mary Neikirk

Mary Louise Neikirk age 76 of Clovis, New Mexico passed away Saturday, March 13, 2010 at Covenant Medical Center in Lubbock, Texas. She was born April 26, 1933 in Clarksville, Missouri to Edward H. and Genia Price Witten Bryant. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, March 16, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. at Steed Todd Chapel with Rev. B.J. Brooks officiating. Burial will follow at Lawn Haven Memorial Gardens in Clovis with Andrew Neikirk, Travis Neikirk, Robert Thorn, Chris Neikirk, Jeff Neikirk, David Robinson, and Jim Lore as pallbearers.
Honorary pallbearers are the Naomi Sunday School Class from Central Baptist Church.

Mary was married December 5, 1953 in Kirksville, Missouri to David Neikrk. She taught school for two years. She was currently the coowner and secretary for the family business InjectOMeter in Clovis. She was a wonderful cook most especially known for her fresh baked cookies. She enjoyed sewing and was a member of Central Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband David Neikirk of Clovis one daughter Cynthia Jim Lore of Knoxville, Tennessee three sons Chris Becky Neikirk of Clovis Jeff Neikirk of Fort Smith, Arkansas and Danny Neikirk of Van Buren, Arkansas one sister Julia Oblein of Clarksville, Missouri four brothers Edward Bryant of San Antonio, Texas Mett Bryant of Louisiana, Missouri Joe Bryant of Sebring, Florida and Paul Bryant of Eagle Lake, Florida seven grandchildren Robert Thorn of Clovis Heather Humphrey of Knoxville, Tennessee Beau Lore of Montgomery, Alabama Jennifer Neikirk of Denver, Colorado and Andrew, Travis, and Jessica Neikirk all of Clovis three great grandchildren Morgan Thorn and Dylan Thorn of Clovis, and Kiersten Humphrey of Knoxville, Tennessee. She is preceded in death by her Parents three sisters Florence Mitchell, Dorothy Manor, and Ann Elizabeth Praul, three brothers Jack Bryant, Witten Bryant, and Billy Bryant.
