Mary Olmsted

Mary Olmsted age 55 of Clovis passed away Thursday, November 7, 2007 at Plains Regional Medical Center in Clovis. She was born October 10, 1952 in Yenshui Taiwan, Republic of China to Fu Chuan and Wang Su Chang. She married Walt Olmsted October 15, 1971 in Taiwan. They moved to Clovis in June of 1993 where her husband was stationed at Cannon Air Force Base. She was a homemaker and loved taking care of her family. She enjoyed knitting, crocheting, and sewing.

She is survived by her husband Walt Olmsted of Clovis; three daughters Major Select Laura Olmsted; Lorena Olmsted both of Layton, Utah; and Marie Olmsted of Clovis, New Mexico; her mother Wang Su Chang, two brothers, and one sister all of Taiwan, Republic of China. She is preceded in death by her father.
Services are scheduled for Monday, November 12, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. at Steed-Todd Chapel with Rev. Dick Ross officiating. Burial will follow at Lawn Haven Memorial Gardens in Clovis.
