York, Mary Hope,age 100, passed away on May 27, 2013 in Clovis, New Mexico.
Mary was born on February 8, 1913 in Dodson, Texas to Lillard Randolph L.R. Talley and Stella Johnson. Growing up, she was raised in the Pleasant Hill, New Mexico Community. Mary then worked at the Santa Fe Railroad Hospital on Hinkle Street, in Clovis, New Mexico. She then moved to California, where she was a wire winder for the Boeing Aircraft Company. After retiring from Boeing, Mary moved back to Clovis, New Mexico where she lived 16 years before her passing. She had a love of flowers and gardening as well as cooking.
Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Roy York, both parents, 5 brothers, and 4 sisters. She is survived by her SisterinLaw, Betty Talley of Friona, Texas Niece, Pearl Ronnie Allison of Clovis, New Mexico Great Niece, April Viscoli of Albuquerque, New Mexico Great Nephews, Vince Allison of Independence, Louisiana and David Talley of Albuquerque, New Mexico.
Graveside Services to be held at Lawn Haven Memorial Gardens, 1601 E. Llano Estacado Blvd. Clovis, NM on Thursday, May 30, 2013 at 10:00am. with Rev. Bruce Kirby officiating.
