MILDRED BESSIE WORLEY

Graveside services are scheduled for Wednesday, September 11, 2013, at 2:00 PM, at Lawn Haven Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Clovis, NM, for Mildred Bessie Worley, age 91, who passed away September 6, 2013, at LaVilla Assisted Living in Roswell, NM.

Mildred was born October 16, 1921, in Portales, NM, to Leonard A. and Rosa Hatch Fails. She lived in Portales and graduated from Portales High School. She married Nelson A. Worley on April 8, 1939. She and Nelson made their home in Clovis until his death in 2004.

Mildred was preceded in death by her parents her husband, Nelson A. Worley sisters Felicia Fails, Zenomia Wiley and Pauline Howell brothers Jeremiah Fails and Randolph Fails and a son, Michael W. Worley.

Mildred is survived by two sons, Dwayne Linda Worley of Roswell, NM, and Calvin Jana Worley of Lubbock, TX two brothers, Alvin Fails of Clovis, NM and Albert Fails of Portales, NM seven grandchildren and seven greatgrandchildren and her sisterin law and best friend, LaWanda Frakes.
