Funeral services for Minnie Griego age 67 of Clovis, New Mexico are scheduled for Friday, September 13, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at Steed Todd Funeral Home Chapel with David Lombrana officiating. Burial will follow at Mission Garden of Memories in Clovis with Jason Griego, Matthew Hernandez, Marcus Garza, Max Chavez, Joe Garcia, and Tim Barela serving as pallbearers. The family will be gathering at 1121 Wallace in Clovis.

Minnie was born October 31, 1945 in Clovis, New Mexico to Pat and Ramona Gallegos Martinez. Minnie graduated at Clovis High School and worked as a nursing assistant and attended Clovis Community College where she was going to school to receive her LPN. Minnie loved to read, sew, research the bible on the computer, working in her yard, watching movies and TV, but most of all spending quality time with her grandchildren.

Minnie is survived by her two daughters Sylvia Garza of Lubbock, Texas Joann Griego of Clovis one sister Helen Barela of Clovis one brother Robert Martinez of Clovis four grandchildren Jason Griego and Chelsie Griego both of Clovis Matthew Hernandez and Marcus Garza both of Lubbock, Texas three great grandchildren Jaslyn Griego, Jaiah Griego, and Brynli Griego all of Clovis. She is preceded in death by her parents.
