Norma Joan BallardMoore, age 67, of Clovis, New Mexico departed this world at her home after a short illness. She departed this life to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
She was born on August 30, 1943 in Decatur, Indiana, to Fredrick and Kathryn Bauman. She was retired from Civil Service from Cannon Air Force Base. She was a member of First Church of God and was president of the Christian Womens Connection for 15 years, as well as being on the State Board of Directors in New Mexico. She was an active member of the Plains Regional Medical Center Auxiliary Pink Ladies in Clovis.
She will be dearly missed by her husband Dale Moore of the home in Clovis one daughter Natalie Jacky Starbuck of Clovis three sons Troy Ballard of Lakeworth, Florida Quintin Moore of Springfield, Ohio and Jason Evelyn Moore of North Las Vegas, Nevada one brother Glen Bauman of Indiana eleven grandchildren, five great grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister Lois Cook, two brothers John and Dick Bauman, one great grandson Ian Phillips.
Services will be held on Wednesday, September 8, 2010 at 1:30 p.m. at the First Church of God, 3719 East 21st Street, Clovis, New Mexico with Rev. David Stevens and Rev. Jon Forrest officiating. Casket bearers will be Jacky Starbuck, Zachary Starbuck, Harley Salusky, Kevin Bauman, Tony Bauman, and Jerome Johnson. Burial will follow at Lawn Haven Memorial Gardens. The family will be at the funeral home on Tuesday, September 7th from 6:00 8:00 p.m. for friends to call.
