Norma Jean Jetton, age 89, of Clovis, New Mexico passed from this life peacefully on Wednesday, April 19, 2017 at her home. She was born on July 29, 1927 to the home of the late John and Sim Ruda Virgie (Lauderdale) Belknap in Ranger, Texas. She married Kenneth Jetton on October 8, 1969 in Seminole, Texas.
Norma loved to cross stitch and sew. She enjoyed working in the yard and loved going camping, RV-ing, fishing and on occasion chasing bears. She also enjoyed playing Skipbo with her family. She and her husband served in the Baptist Mission Service Corps and was part of the Baptist Disaster Relief Team. They were there to help others in need during great devastations. Among all, she was a loving mother, grandmother, great- grandmother and Ma-In-Law.
Those left to honor and cherish her memory are her loving children; Terry Lee Rash and wife Sharon of San Antonio, Texas, Debra Noorda and husband Brent of Saint George, Utah, Gary Wayne Rash of Oberlin, Kansas, Sandra Fullerton and husband Thurman of Clovis, and Tammy Jetton of Arkansas; 10 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her loving husband Kenneth; her son Kenneth Harold Rash; and numerous siblings.
A Graveside Service will be held on Saturday, April 22, 2017 at 11:00 in the Lawn Haven Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Clovis, New Mexico. Serving as Casket Bearers are Keaton Reed, Marshall Fair, Clark Strickland, Tipton Fullerton, Sean Sena and Richard Roy.
