Pablo Baeza

Pablo Baeza, 81, passed away Thursday, June 30, 2016 in his home in Elida, NM.

He was born to Teodoro and Rita Baeza on May 26, 1935 in Ojinaga, Chihuahua. As a yound man, Pablo was a very hard, honest working man who did everything for his family.

He leaves his 2 sisters, Manuela Rodriguez, of Elida, and Augustina Paz; brother, Teodoro Baeza, Jr.; 2 nephews, Pablo Rodriguez (Lupita), of Portales, and Gustavo Rodriguez, of Elida; niece, Alma Rodriguez (Pete), of Elida; great nephew and niece, Kegan and Bre'an, of Elida; and a goddaughter, Rocio (Federico) Bernabe of Liberal, KS.

He is preceded in death by his father, Teodoro Baeza, Sr.; his mother, Rita Baeza; brother, Ireno Baeza; and 2 sisters, Maria De Jesus Payen and Maria Louisa Baeza.

Mr. Baeza had a passion for telling stories. You could find him talking to his family about the past. They enjoyed many afternoons outside under the trees listening to his stories.
