In memory of Pansy Farrington Roberts Jones who enjoyed 96 years, graduated frombrthis life October 15,2005 at Plains Regional Medical Center in Clovis N.M. Pansy was born March 16, 1909 in Kelly Gould, Oklahoma to Benjamin Franklin and Mable Clara Roberts. brbrPansy completed grammar school in Lone Star a common School of Harmon County, Oklahoma in 1925. In 1928 she attended Draughon's Business College in Wichita Falls, Texas on a scholarship. In 1934 she moved to Field, Curry Co., N.M. Pansy Herbert Hub Jones were married September 16, 1941 in Clovis, N.M. They werebrengaged in farming and ranching north of Melrose. Pansy was a member of the MelrosebrUnited Methodist Church.brbrPansy was preceded in death by her husband; parents; four brothers, Leonard ,Ebb,brLloyd, Daniel; four sisters, Marie Lewis, Sivilla Robinson, Ella Joe Graves FernbrRobinson.brbrPansy is survived by three sons, Herbert A. Jones his wife Ella Mae of Melrose,brDale Jones of Clovis, and Jack Jones of Clovis; three daughters, Quenna Cox her husband Fred of Arlington, TX, Clara Zinda Joe of Houston, TX, and Freda Jones of Denver, CO; seventeen grandchildren, Carolyn Wilkinson, Kimberly Dixon, Byron Cox, Mike Zinda, Chris Zinda, Andrew Zinda, Brandon Jones, Bert Jones, Amy Latham, Sheila Jones, Angela Jones, Jason Jones, Cindy Vaughn, Stephanie Jones, Babbette Ricker, Tara Jones, and Brandy Gorelick; 22 great grandchildren and many nieces nephews.brbrServices will be held at Steed-Todd Funeral Home, Thursday October 20th at 2pm.brBurial will follow at Lawn Haven Memorial Gardens. Rev.
