Patricia Hedgecock

Patricia Patsy Ann Hedgecock, 67, of Farmington, NM died May 12, 2008 in Farmington. She was born on August 30, 1940, to Milton and Veryl Terry in Tucumcari, NM. BR

Patsy graduated from San Jon High School and immediately married the love of her life Charlie. She held the office of San Juan county assessor in the late 70's. From there she went on to manage Caribou Oil Co. BR

A true Christian, she started her spiritual walk at the First Methodist Church in Farmington. She later transferred to the First Methodist Church in Bloomfield, NM where she came to be a layman pastor. She taught a quilting class there called Many Mini Temples. All of her quilts were embroidered God guides the hands of Patsy. She was such a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She was a funny woman who loved to laugh.BR

Patsy is survived by her wonderful husband Charlie Hedgecock; her daughter Carla and son in law Mike Martin; her grandson Casey Martin and granddaughter Jade Martin; great granddaughter Aubra Kay Martin; her sisters Phyllis Tillman and C.K. Terry; her sisters in law Donna Kay Jackson and Caroline Liles and all of the extended family whom she loved very much. She was preceded in death by her beloved son Russell.

She was so special, we love her and we will miss her. She will live in our hearts forever.

Services will be at 10:00 a.m. Friday, May 16, 2008 at First Baptist Church, San Jon, NM. Burial will follow at San Jon Cemetery.
