Patsy Howard

Patsy Ann Carroll Howard passed away June 23, 2012, in Roswell, New Mexico. Her services will be held at Steed Todd Funeral Home Chapel in Clovis, New Mexico on Tuesday, June 26, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. Interment will be at the City Cemetery in Granite, Oklahoma, on June 27, 2012. Rick Sullivan will officiate at both services.

Mrs. Howard was born May 19, 1931, in Lone Wolf, Oklahoma, to E. C. Buddy Carroll and Lela Alice Hodgson. On August 10, 1948, she married Dale K. Howard. He preceded her in death on July 11, 1994.

Mrs. Howard loved the Lord and her family. She happily moved with Dale to Colorado, Oklahoma, Texas and Clovis, New Mexico, as he pastored Baptist churches in several locations. She was always involved in choir and childrens and womens ministries at each church. She loved people and invested herself in the lives of others.

Survivors are three children: Carol Sullivan and husband Rick of Artesia, NM Lyle Howard, Denton, Texas, and Bruce Howard, Clovis, NM.

Grandchildren: Marcus Angie Sullivan, Abernathy, Texas Jonathan Jennifer Sullivan, Lockney, Texas Heather Howard, Clovis, NM Garry Howard, Clovis NM. and four greatgrand children: Samantha Sullivan and Nathan Sullivan of Abernathy, and Lawson Sullivan and Addison Sullivan of Lockney.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her brother E. C. Carroll Jr., and her son, Garry Howard.
