Peggy Pierce

Peggy Sue Pierce, age 50, was born on February 21, 1964, to Hap and Carol Pierce in Clovis, New Mexico. Peggy went to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on Wednesday, July 16, 2014 in Lubbock, Texas.
Peggy grew up and attended school in Melrose, New Mexico, graduating with the class of 1982. She was active in 4H, sports, and the First Baptist Church youth group. Peggy graduated from the University of New Mexico. She spent her professional career helping people integrate into new occupations.
Peggy is survived by her mother, Carol Pierce her brother, Weston Linda Pierce niece Erin Pierce her fiance Tim Ogilvie and extended family and friends.
Her father, Hap Pierce, preceded Peggy in death as well as her dog Randi.
Memorial services will be held at Central Baptist Church at 2:30 on Sunday, July 20, 2014 with Dick Ross officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her honor to the American Cancer Society Hope Lodge at 3511 10th St., Lubbock, TX 79415.
