Ramona Frogge passed away peacefully at her home on November 29, 2011 at the age of 75. She was born April 28, 1936 in Grady, New Mexico to Jesse and Zula Kirby. Ramona was employed at the Public Works Department of the City of Clovis for over 30 years. She is survived by her children, Jesse Frogge, Sandra Hall Allen, and Sheri Hite Bill three grandchildren Ashley Hall, Randy Hite and Billy Hite and two great grandsons.

A memorial service will be held Friday, December 2, 2011 beginning at 2:00 p.m. at the SteedTodd Funeral Home Cremation, 800 E. Manana Blvd., Clovis, New Mexico. Honorary pallbearers will be all members of the City of Clovis Public Works Department.
