Ricardo Hernandez

Ricardo G. Hernandez, went to his Heavenly home on Wednesday, June 19, 2019 in Amarillo, TX.
Visitation will be held from 1PM to 6PM on Monday, June 24, with a Rosary following at 6PM at Steed Todd Chapel. Funeral services will be held at 10AM on Tuesday, June 25, 2019 at Steed Todd Chapel, 800 E Manana Blvd in Clovis, NM with Deacon Daniel officiating. Burial will follow at Lawn Haven Memorial Gardens. Arrangements are in care of Steed Todd Funeral Home.
Ricardo was born in Matehuala San Luis Potosi, Mexico to Ricardo and Gaspar Hernandez on May 4, 1952. Ricardo was loving, friendly, generous and a hard worker. He enjoyed fishing, vacationing and going to the casino.
He is survived by the love of his life, Maria Hernandez; his two sons, Raul Galaviz and Tony Galaviz; his siblings, Estela Valadez Hernandez, Pedro Hernandez, Maria Hernandez, Carmela Hernandez, Inocencio Hernandez, Juana Maria Hernandez and Consension Hernandez; eight grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, and one on the way.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
He will be dearly missed by all who had the honor of knowing him.

Ricardo nació el 4 de Mayo 1952 to Ricardo and Gaspar Hernandez en Matehuala San Luis Potos, Mexico.
Ricardo fue Amoroso, Amistoso, generos y un buen trabajador. Le gustaba pescar, salir de vacacion y el casino.
Le sobrevive su esposa querida, Maria Hernandez; sus dos hijos, Raul Galaviz y Tony Galaviz; sus hermanos, Estela Valadez Hernandez, Pedro Inocencio Hernandez, Juana Maria Hernandez y Consension Hernandez; ocho nietos y once bis-nietos y uno en el futuro. Ricardo será extrañado por todos que tuvieron el honor de conocerlo. Precedido en muerte son sus padres.
