Rick Grantham

Rick Grantham, age 52, of Clovis, passed away on Thursday, April 7, 2011 at his home in Clovis. He was born on February 24, 1959 to Doy and Jesslyn Liles Grantham in Kermit, Texas.

Rick has been a Clovis resident for the past 27 years, moving here from Tulia, Texas. He graduated from high school in Woodward, Oklahoma, and married Dana Wilson on February 13, 1982 in Tulia. Rick was in partnership with Don Porter in Colonial Contracting Company for several years. He loved to fish, cook and do woodworking. He also attended Faith Christian Family Church in Clovis.

Rick is survived by his wife, Dana Grantham of the home three daughters, Layna Hester Michael of Ruidoso, New Mexico, Sarah Cummins Jordan and Hali Ray Josh, both of Clovis a sister, Brenda Thomas Paul of Lubbock, Texas a brother, Doy Grantham, Jr., of Luling, Texas and three grandchildren, Kaila, Aiden, and Jackson.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

Services will be at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, April 12, 2011 at Faith Christian Family Church with Pastor David Swann officiating. Burial will follow at Lawn Haven Memorial Gardens. Casket bearers will be Josh Ray, Jordan Cummins, Michael Hester, Don Porter, Greg Duffield, Paul Thomas, and Jon David Settell.
