Rita Saiz

Rita Saiz, age 64, of Clovis, New Mexico, passed away on October 20, 2012 at Covenant Medical Center in Lubbock, Texas.

Rita was born on April 16, 1948 to Candelario and Della Martinez Zamora in Manzano, New Mexico. She married Louis Saiz on May 25, 1971 in Clovis, New Mexico. Rita worked at Levi Strauss in Clovis and at Allen Theaters. She also worked at the American Legion Bingo and volunteered in the American Legion Womens Auxiliary. She liked to crochet and she loved computer games. Rita was a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church.

She is survived by her husband, Louis, of the home three daughters: Teresa Ramirez of Clovis, New Mexico, Della Sellers Armando of Houston, Texas and Nicole Saiz Steven Gonzales of Clovis, New Mexico three brothers, three sisters, numerous grandchildren and one great grandchild.

Rita was preceded in death by her parents one son: Raymond Sisneros three sisters and one brother.

A Rosary will be recited at 9:30 a.m. on Friday, October 26, 2012 with a Memorial Mass to follow at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church with Father Sotero Sena, officiating. Inurnment will follow in Mission Garden of Memories in Clovis, New Mexico.
