Robert Furgason

Robert Perry Furgason of Clovis New Mexico died June 22, 2017 in Farwell Texas. He was born September 1, 1937 in Paola, Kansas. He was a school teacher in Kansas, Arizona, and Alaska. His later years were spent working in Missouri, Arizona, and Alaska as a school administrator of various elementary, junior high, and high schools. He and his wife Ellen traveled extensively over the United States teaching, preaching, and playing gospel music. He was an alto saxophonist and his wife Ellen played piano. He helped build many churches in Washington, Alaska, and Arizona. He also pastored a church in Cañon City, Colorado. Bob was anointed and operated as a Prophet for the Body of Christ. He was a member of Faith Christian Family Church in Clovis, New Mexico.

Survivors include his wife of 47 years, Ellen Lenora Furgason, a Daughter, Donna Sue Stivala of Cumberland Maryland, and a son Perry Lee Furgason of Clovis New Mexico. He has four grandchildren; five great grandchildren; and two nieces.

Services will be held Wednesday, June 28, 2017 at 10:00 AM at Faith Christian Family Church in Clovis, New Mexico. Interment will follow in the Texico, New Mexico Cemetery following services.
