Royce Glover

Royce Glover, age 60 of Clovis went to be with his Lord and Savior on Monday, February 18, 2013 at Plains Regional Medical Center with his family and friends by his side.

He was born on September 13, 1952 in Clovis to Noble Joyce and Louella Cleveland Glover. He was a lifelong Clovis resident and graduated from Clovis High School in 1972. He loved working with children and was involved in the childrens ministry at Faith Christian Family Church for many years. He was a joy to be around always showing his love towards everyone. He always helped others whenever needed and he had a deep love for his family. He always told stories about old cars and racing. He was an auto body technician for fortyone years and was well known throughout the auto body community for his technician abilities. He was a perfectionist in everything he did. He worked for Rembrandts Auto Body for several years and later for Bills Auto Service at the time he became ill. Some say he was a living legend for his auto body technician abilities.

He was preceded in death by his father, Noble J. Glover.

He is survived by his mother: Louella Seale of the home in Clovis, NM one sister: Jan Mike Coffman of Batesville, AR one son: Micah Glover of Colorado Springs, CO one stepdaughter: Katrina Andrews of Huntington, IN one nephew: Cory Pierce of Clovis, NM two nieces: Nicci Lee Page and Amber Marty Harrison, all of Pine Bluff, AR two great nephews: Dakota Page and Shawn Pierce and one great niece: Alexa Harrison.

Family visitation is 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Friday, February 22, 2013 at SteedTodd Funeral Home. Funeral services are at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 23, 2013 at SteedTodd Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Rick Raney and Pastor David Swann officiating and Pastor Dan Borwick assisting. Pall Bearers are George Shuckman, George Songer, Cory Pierce, Lee Page, Roger Odegaard and Mark Cleveland. Burial will follow at Lawn Haven Memorial Gardens in Clovis, New Mexico.
