Russell Hedgecock

Russell Lynn Hedgecock, 45, of Farmington, New Mexico, died Wednesday, November 21, 2007, in Farmington. He was born October 5, 1962 in San Diego, California to Charles and Patricia Terry Hedgecock.

Russ graduated from Farmington High and went on to West Texas State. He later served honorably in the U. S. Navy as a corpsman. He was a very talented and well respected artist. He worked as an EMT in Farmington for the last several years.

He was a much beloved golden son and brother, who devoted the past several years caring for his Mom and Dad. He was adored. He kept life humorous with his quick wit, when things got tough for his loved ones. He will be forever in our hearts. We know he is with our Lord, laughing and at peace with our loved ones who have passed before us.

Russ is survived by his Dad and Mom, Charles Patricia Hedgecock of Farmington, New Mexico; one sister, Carla Martin Mike; nephew, Casey Martin; niece, Jade Martin and great niece, Aubra Kay Martin and all his extended family whom he loved very much.

Services will be at 10:00 a. m. Wednesday, November 28, 2007 at First Baptist Church, San Jon, New Mexico with Rev. Amy Jordan officiating. Burial will follow at the San Jon Cemetery.

Casket Bearers will be Chad Tillman, Art Schaap, Joe Hedgecock, Stuart Barrett and Kent Terry.
