Sheila Morrison

Sheila Lavonne (Lofton) Morrison, 66 of Clovis, New Mexico passed away on February 7, 2025 at her home.

Viewing will be between 2pm - 4pm Saturday February 15, 2025 with services directly following at Steed-Todd Funeral Home in Clovis New Mexico.

Sheila was born at Kindley AFB in Bermuda to Aaron Lewis and Bettie Evelyn Lofton on December 24, 1958. She married Roy Keith Morrison on December 28, 1981 in Las Vegas Nevada. She was a graduate of Wayland Baptist and Clovis Community College where she obtained degrees in Criminal Justice and Occupational Education. Sheila retired from Curry County Detention Center after spending many years holding various positions within the department.

Sheila is survived by her husband Roy Keith Morrison of Clovis New Mexico. Her three children, Timothy Lee Morrison of Clovis New Mexico, Kristopher William Morrison (Brittany) of Oklahoma City Oklahoma and Kyle Jacob Morrison of Clovis New Mexico. Her grandchildren, Kambrie Lou Morrison, Mykal Keith Morrison, Kalyn Morrison-Rubio, Damien Platt, Rylan Morrison & Jensen Morrison.

She also leaves behind a vast extended family who loved her very much.

Memorial donations may be made in Shelia's name to the American Heart Association.
