Smsgt. King Jr.

SMSgt. William Edward King, Jr. age 61 of Clovis, New Mexico passed away April 29, 2008 in Amarillo, Texas. He was born January 26, 1947 to William and Evelyn King in New Orleans, Louisiana. Mr. King was career military, serving in the United States Air Force until his retirement in 1990. During his military career he served two tours in Vietnam. He and his wife, Sharon L. Keane had shared twenty-one years together. He enjoyed woodworking and making things with his hands. He is preceded in death by his parents, one brother and one grandson.

He is survived by his wife Sharon L. Keane-King of Clovis, New Mexico; Two sons William Edward King IV of Las Vegas, Nevada and Vincent D. King of Connecticut; two step-sons Joshua Shane McClain of Las Vegas, Nevada and Jeremey Daniel King of Clovis, New Mexico; four grandchildren and Ki Ki.

Memorial services will be held Saturday, May 3, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at Parkland Baptist Church with Pastor Doug Brooks officiating.
