Stella Beaulieu

Stella Beaulieu age 80 of Clovis, New Mexico passed away Friday, October 12, 2007 at Plains Regional Medical Center in Clovis. She was born December 18, 1926 in Lowell, Massachusetts to George and Mary Katsakous Boutselis. She married Roger Beaulieu December 11, 1949 in Lowell, Massachusetts. She came to Clovis in 1959 and worked as a Registered Nurse for 15 years. She was of the Catholic faith and a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. She enjoyed bird watching, working with the church, and spending time with her children and grandchildren.

She is survived by her five sons David Beaulieu Shasta, Ronald Beaulieu Lisa, Michael Beaulieu Denise, Alan Beaulieu Rachel, and Roy Beaulieu Laura all of Clovis; two sisters Martha Oulette of Windham, New Hampshire; Catherine and husband George Costos of Lowell, Massachusetts; one brother Aleck and wife Rena Boutselis of Lowell, Massachusetts; eight grandchildren; and four great grandchildren; she is preceded in death by her parents, one brother Dr. John Boutselis, and one sister Pauline Po Guerrin.

A Memorial Rosary will be held Tuesday, October 16, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Burial has taken place at Lawn Haven Memorial Gardens.
