Susan Marianne Withers

March 15, 1948 - June 2, 2019

Susan Marianne Withers of Clovis, New Mexico passed away on June 02, 2019, following a lengthy illness.

Marianne was born at Mather AFB, California to Sam and Clara Mae Chauncey on March 15, 1948. Upon her father's retirement for the United States Air Force, they moved to Welaka, Florida, where she grew up along the St. Johns River where she developed her love for family, friends and all things water, especially fishing.

She married her husband, William "Rick" Withers on the 24th of June, 1983. After following Rick and his US Air Force career, they finally settled in Clovis, New Mexico. She worked as a realtor in Clovis from 1994 until 2014.

She is proceeded in death by her parents, brother Thomas, sister Sammye and daughter Susan. She is now dancing in heaven with them and watching over her family here on earth.

Marianne is survived by her loving husband, Rick; Daughter Sonya Bell & husband Todd; Son, Richard Withers & wife Shaleena as well as many grandkids and great grandkids.
