Terry Jones

January 12, 1949 — July 2, 2015

Jack was born in Clovis, NM to Herbert (Hub) and Pansy Roberts-Jones. He quietly departed this life July 2, 2015 at his home in Clovis, NM. He started School at the age of five in Fields, New Mexico and graduated from Melrose High School. Jack's passion was farming and his cattle, which was demonstrated through his job with the New Mexico Livestock Board where he worked and served as a Livestock Brand Inspector.
Jack is preceded by his father, Herbert (Hub) Jones, mother Pansy Roberts-Jones and brother Herbert A. Jones, Jr.
He is survived by his three daughters and four grandsons. Daughters are: Babbette Ricker, son Trent, Tara Jones, son Colin, Brandy Gorelick (Troy), sons Zachery and Reese. Three sisters, Quenna Cox (Fred), Clara Zinda (Joe), Freda Jones, and brother Dale Jones plus 39 nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be his seven nephews, Bryon Cox, Brandon Jones, Bert Jones, Jason Jones, Michael Zinda, Christopher Zinda, Andrew Zinda and Mark Latham. Memorials may be given to Melrose First Methodist Church or Cal Farley Boys Ranch at 600 SW 11th Ave, Amarillo, TX 79101.
Services will be at 2:30 Thursday, July 9, 2015 at Steed Todd Chapel. Burial will follow at Lawn Haven Cemetery.
