Thelma Fenimore

alignjustify Thelma L. Fenimore, 88, of Clovis died Wednesday, April 25, 2007 at Laurel Plains Healthcare in Clovis. She was born September 1, 1918 in Matfield Township, Kansas to Charles Emanuel and Myrtle Mae Lentz Hufferd.

alignjustify She married Vernon L. Fenimore on May 12, 1934 in Cottonwood Falls, Kansas. Mrs. Fenimore had been a resident of Clovis since 1940 after moving here from Emporia, Kansas. She operated a Beauty Salon in Hotel Clovis. She loved to paint and was a member of Sandia Baptist Church in Clovis.

alignjustify She is survived by nephews, Charles Lois Snyder of Clovis, and Marion F. Kathy Snyder of Crestview, Florida; niece, Beverly Stevenson of Independence, Missouri; and numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents; and her husband, Vernon in 1988; two brothers, Orville and Harry Hufferd; and one sister, Helen Kettner.

alignjustify Graveside services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Saturday, April 28, 2007 at Lawn Haven Memorial Gardens in Clovis with Rev. Scott Blazek officiating.
