Trudy Snell

Trudy Janine (Ortega) Snell, 26 of Clovis, New Mexico, passed away on April 19, 2021 in Lubbock, Texas.

Trudy was born on May 20,1994 in Portales, NM to parents, Adam Galvan and Elodia Ortega.

Trudy graduated high school in Clovis, NM and married Gene Snell on August 13, 2013.

Trudy loved to watch movies with her kids, attending BBQ’s with her family, going on road trips as well as doing word searches, puzzles and playing card games. Trudy’s very favorite part of life was watching her children learn and learning from them.

Trudy is preceded in death by Tia Meli Duran, Tio Isidro Ortega JR., Sunny Parks Nana Patsy, Grandpa Tony and Tio Peter "Galvan

Surviving Trudy is loving husband; Gene Snell, parents; Elodia Ortega and Adam Galvan sons; Gene Junior Snell, Daughters; Mahcayla Ortega, Dixie Snell and Daizie Snell brothers; Adam Galvan Jr., Elias Galvan, Benjamin Galvan, Saul Ortega, sisters; Ana Ortega and Sandy Ortega all of Clovis, New Mexico.

Pallbearers include: Jessie Snell, Elias Galvan, Adrian Galvan, Austin Snell, John McDonald, and Benjamin Galvan. Honorary Pallbearers include: Saul Ortega, Isaiah Mendez, Christian Mendez, Alexzander Snell.

A visitation for Trudy will be held on Thursday, April 22, 2021 from 2:00 to 4:00pm in the Steed Todd Funeral Home chapel.

A funeral service for Trudy Snell will be held at Faith Christian Church on Friday, April 23, 2021 at 10:00 am in the 180 building. Pastor MacAfee will be officiating.
