Victor Manuel Cano-Garcia. 36, of Clovis passed away on October 6th, 2022. In Clovis, NM

Visitation will be from 4pm-8pm on Monday 10/17/2022 and Tuesday 10/18/2022 at Steed-Todd Funeral Home.

Funeral Services will be held at 10:00am Wednesday 10/19/2022 at Legacy Church with Pastor Juan Amarilla officiating. Burial will follow at Lawn Haven Memorial Gardens.

Victor was born in Ejido Seis de Enero to Manuel and Maria Santos. On January 28th, 1986. He went to school in Ejido Seis de Enero. Victor was married to Melissa Ortiz on 10/30/2009 in Portales NM.

Victor worked as a welder mechanic for Hughes Brothers equipment for 10 years and more recently, worked for Ramirez trucking.

He enjoyed spending time with his family, taking family trips, watching the girls play sports, and music. Especially playing the drums and keyboard. He also enjoyed watching the Dallas Cowboys.

Victor is preceded in death by his father, Manuel and Mother, Maria Santos.

Victor is survived by his wife, Melissa Ortiz-Cano and children Destynea Martinez and Gyzelle Cano, of clovis New Mexico. Brothers and Sisters Hilario (Nena) Cano of Cuauhtemoc, Mexico; Felipe (Josie) Cano of San Angelo, TX; Marisela (Dulces Nombres) Rodriguez of Cuauhtemoc, Mexico; Lucila (Luis) Villegas of Clovis, NM; Nohelia (Gumer) Granados of Hobbs, NM; Rafael (Tina) Cano of Portales, NM; Jesus Cano of Cuauhtemoc, Mexico; Fidel (Mayra) Cano of Clovis, NM and also by numerous nieces and nephews he loved greatly.
