Victor Lucero

Victor Gaspar Lucero, 73, of Clovis, NM passed away on January 29, 2018 in Clovis. He was born on January 1, 1945 in Clovis to Ignacio and Annie Gonzales Lucero.
Victor worked as a Physical Therapist for Dr. Babur and Dr. Ghaffari. Victor had a love for music, he would write country music, play the guitar and sing. In his down time he enjoyed spending time with his family, go on field trips, and watch comedy and inspirational movies. Although, Victor was an avid lottery player, he was a generous man, and would donate all that he could to St. Jude Children's Hospital and Feed the Children.
He is preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Evelyn Ramona Sanderson; and mother of his 3 oldest daughters, Joan Sandoval Lucero.
Surviving his death are his: daughters, Melissa (Joe) Ramos of Clovis, Alberta Freeman of Clovis, Vicki Lucero of Clovis, and Roxanne (Will) Greer of Guam; brothers, Robert Lucero of Clovis, Richard (Laura) Lucero of Clovis; sister, Genevieve Tschosik of Rantoul, Illinois; 9 grandchildren, Joangela (David) Henson, Jessica Mosier, Josh Freeman, Lindsey Bender, Julia Lucero, Janelle Bender, Janae Greer, Justin Greer and Jordan Greer; 3 great-grandchildren, Avery Henson, Audrey Henson, and Kaleb Freeman; nieces and nephews, Eric Lucero, Kimberly Lucero, Scott Tschosik, Bryan Tschosik, Zech Lucero, Daniel Reyes, Jennifer Reyes; and the mother of his daughter Roxanne, Doreen Lucero of Arizona.
A private family gathering will be held per his final wishes.
