Viola Harper

Viola Harper, long time resident of Portales and Grady, died Monday April 23 at Camarillo Healthcare Center in Camarillo, California at the age of 93.

Viola is survived by one daughter, Mozelle Coatsworth and husband Fred of Camarillo, one granddaughter, Dixie and one great granddaughter, Tamara of Canyon Country, Calif. Also one step-grandson and wife David and Mo Coatsworth and 2 step-great-grandchildren Desiree and Johnathan of Camarillo.

Viola was born August 5, 1913 in Sinton, Texas. She married Roy Harper May 6, 1930. They had 57 wonderful years together.

She was preceded in death by her husband Roy, 1 daughter and 2 sons. Also 1 grandson and 1 great grandson.

Viola will be buried at the Grady Cemetery in Grady at a private grave side ceremony for the family.
