William Tobe Phipps

William Tobe “W.T.” Phipps went to his home in Heaven on July 13, 2020.

W.T. was born in Olton, Texas on August 2, 1930.

He is survived by his loving wife of 67 years, Louise; a son, Bill (Lee Ellen); a daughter, Cindy (Eric); 2 grandkids, Ben (April) and Carrie (Trenton); and 4 great-grandkids.

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Robin; as well as his parents and sisters.

W.T. retired from AT & SF after 31 years of service as a conductor.

He will be greatly missed by those that loved him.
